I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of meals offered at the restaurant. Every breakfast included fresh selections of juice that truly made my day! Dinner was good, and although I wished for free-flowing coffee, the overall dining experience was good.

Amazing Pool Area

Spacious Rooms

The layout of the room blocks was very spacious and airy, allowing for a nice stay. While the decor may seem dated, the comfort and cleanliness of the room made it a pleasant retreat. I enjoyed spending time in a room with a great view!

Good Quality Amenities

The hotel has a lot of character and the gardens truly provide a nice escape after a busy day in Cairo. The staff were kind and attentive, which made the stay enjoyable. However, the rooms are quite dated and appear in need of some upkeep. The dining experience left much to be desired due to slow service and cold food at times.

The rooms were old and dusty, but they were mostly clean. I had a non-smoking room which unfortunately had a lingering cigar smoke odor. It felt a bit uncomfortable at times.

My experience at Jaz Pyramid Resorts was fantastic overall, with incredibly helpful staff and an excellent variety of food at the restaurant. The spa facilities were also a highlight, particularly the Oriental massage I received. However, I found the rooms to be outdated and less maintained, which took away from the overall experience. The location is convenient for visiting the Pyramids, but it could use some improvements for accessing the surroundings more easily.
